So, Les started chipping away at the concrete and wall and discovered conduit – woo hoo Les does the “happy dance” – well OK, he didn’t really dance, but he is happy 🙂
After discovering the day just got alot easier and that now he was not going to spend most of the day chipping away at the wall, we were almost at a standstill sooooo what to do? answer, go to St Thomas and Home Depot so tomorrow we can move ahead faster (we were not expecting to be at this stage as we thought the wall “chipping” would take awhile) so here is how we spent the day – yep, on the car ferry
5 hours later (there was only one car barge running) we are home – with plumbing supplies, a tankless hot water heater (who knew we needed one !!!) and a decision to move the toilet in the bathroom and the need to purchase a new Toto toilet – renovations gotta luv em’ 🙂
